I've tried everything to get this to install. I've called dell to see if it was my computer and turns out it isnt...So when is this going to be fixed? I see that a few others have this problem...And I really want to play.

It always closes after I press start to begin install. It then say silkroad has encountered a problem and needs to close. And if I wish to debug or close....Either one doesn't help...And the please wait thing that pops up stays there for like an hour until I can get to the actual installation. So PLEASE!!!! Help me..

did you try redownloading it? perhaps you got a corrupt version from the site you downloaded it from or the peer to peer thing.

open the sro site first then start the client install..
