Ok so heres the deal, i don't post this in Tech Help because no one ever goes there.

The thing is im playing SRO at peak hours when traffic is unbearable and at the same time i play/stall or whatever im doing something else like installing programs, playing other games etc. So when i have SRO open and im going to install "X" program on Windows Vista it blacks out the screen and ask for permission from the administrator, i click continue and installs the program but SRO blacks out and doesn't respond, this happens to me everytime the F'ing Vista Screen appears.. any tips? Need help.
