I'm sorry if someone has already posted this but i've looked for hours on forums and on google but couldnt find a solution to this problem.
My friend cant install the new client because of this error. He has downloaded the client from P2P, filefront, file planet and gamershell but he keeps getting this error:

make an exception in your firewall or turn it off.

He has already tried that, he desactivated the antivirus and the windows firewall but it still wont work :S

then it is quite possible that your isp is blocking the connection, because the reason it says that is because the client needs to connect the the sro server to verify the client and sense it cant it gives off the message.

Can you tell me how i can disable the isp thing, please?

ur isp is your internet service provider, the company that gives you your internet connection, i am not 100% about this tho, cause if u do indeed have the right client and your firewall and what not are set its usually something that i mentioned.

So how can i fix it? My friend wants to play

all i can suggest is that he calls his isp and asks about it unless theres some other option ive over looked.
