Is there any way to retrieve my password?

I have a simple question. Is there anyway to retrieve my password other than using the forgot my password on the joymax website? I had 2 accounts and did not play for a long time.

Well if you remember ur email and ur secret answer "YES" but if you dont then "NO" simple^^

and i dont know it this is true or not
but i heard that JM may delete non active accounts after 1 year
at least the items and chars
dont quote this as fact, i have no proof, just be aware it might be and dont be shocked if you find it so
it may be easier to just make a new account and chars on a different server or the same you played on
