Server is undergoing inspection or updates

Yes, i know there is a sticky topic with this, but it seems to be outdated. I have tried both methods in the guide and nothing has worked. Is there a new client we must download? If so, the SRO online website will not let me download it. It says the link is "coming soon"! Help please!

http://www.joymax.com/silkroad/that is the new site, first make sure your firewall isnt blocking the connection, and yes make sure you have the newest client.

okay thanks! It works now! I had to restart my computer a few times though...odd
