ok so i got an lcd monitor which rocks

and lately ive been having some problems with it

ex.
screen goes black and shuts off during game

i go and change my refresh rate from 80/60 and it fixed it

so now i go to stall (4 months later) and i leave in on for 20 mins
when i get back i find the monitor completely blank and no power to it

so i go and unplug it and de-dust it with an air matress pump

plug it back in and still nothing?

so i was thinking mabye the capacitors in it blew? or do lcd's not have capacitors?

well do you still have a valid warranty on it, go take it back or call the company, i don't know of too many people on here that would know how to fix an LCD monitor.

Does it just go instantly black, or kinda dim then go black, i bought a LG Flatron 20" lcd. Brought it home and it kept going black, turns out the backlight was bad in it. I just called them, filled out a form and 3 days later i had a new monitor. Good exchange system they have :)
