Mouse delay for Counter Strike 1.6

So yeah, this problem happened a long time ago, maybe last year, that when i play Counter Strike 1.6

I get this sort of "mouse delay"

for it tend to freeze.

when i look around with the mouse, the cross hair freezes a few times every split second. so its
hard for me to look around.


It started for me when i have counter strike: source full installed.

I want to know how to solve this problem, i recently dled 1.6 again, to see if this problem was solved, but it still persists.

And this problem does not happen for Counter Strike: Source.
