Registering bug.

I've read around and I think this is a common problem. I've tried everything, from using THREE different browsers, using different PCs, fiddling with my security settings but still I keep getting redirected to the main news section.
And not just when I'm trying to register. I tried to post help on the SilkRoad homepage but if I try to read or post anything in the forum I STILL get redirected to the main page again.
Anyone have any suggestions?
