Silkroad Online Forums

I know this problem has appeared in other posts but i really want a step by step intruction on how to get rid of the error. whenever i "start" silkroad gameguard comes up but dosent finish, then it says connecting to gameguard update server has failed. try again later or try adjusting your firewall error.

I would really like a soution for this that is simple and easy to do. thanks.
