Unable to start the client.

Everytime I get the following message:
Unindentified Client. Closed.
And then it stops, and I have to click Exit.
We had some troubles with our Internet provider today, but that's fixed, so I don't know what the problem could be, I re-installed Sro, but that didn't work either.
Can anyone help me?
