Logging into SRO.

Alright, don't give me this "the server is down, get a life noob, etc etc" shit. I've heard it all. 
The problem: I can't log into SRO even though Rev6 says that people are online. At first when I tried to log in, it would say "...requesting user confirmation...". After about 10-15 seconds of displaying that, a box would pop up saying I needed to agree to the user agreement on the site. The site is down, so it would be logical to wait for it to come back up. Though, if people are already online, there must be some way to do it now, unless they did it a while back somehow. I'm not sure on that.
But yeah, now when I try to log in it gives me the "Failed to connect to server.(C7)" error. What's it mean? I've searched for it and found a similar error, but it was supposedly caused by server traffic, which is not the case here.
Anyways, I'm not sure this is the right section for this or not, but thanks for any help I can get.
