i just got this phone today

i was all excited and shit when i putting all these song into the phone and then i wanna set 1 of the song as a ringtone , it dont allllllllowwwwww me > =O
anybody know whats going on? or i have to download a ringtone converter?(i want a free one)
i used to have this

and it allowed me to set the song as a ringtone
