well actually ur ticket won't work if ur not leveling, coz u see the ticket activates 20 sec after u att a monster or 20 sec after a monster att u..
so if your not playing or just in town ticket is not working..

Please click and help me with my little game. Don't worry it's not a link to a virus filled site or anything harmful. It's just like those links to help a little dragon grow thingie.

hmm
i used smart bro wifi too..
SAME PROBLEM
Me and 2 of my Friends are SMART BRO users too and we all have the same problem. What happen to SMART BRO. We also called SMART BRO and they told us they will look into it.
But our friends using PLDT DSL can play and access the site.
We should pressure SMART to work faster. We are paying SMART and paying silk to play!
All silkroad players in the philippines using SMARTBRO we should all call the cotumer service of SMART BRO to show them that thi is a BIG problem and should be address ASAP.

yeah its working now..
yes its working now.. HUHUHU... i uninstall the game and now im installing it again..HUHU..im still on patching the game..
In the future you can try
Modify HOSTS:
Open HOSTS File with notepad (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts)
Delete everything and change it to:
127.0.0.1 localhost
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.com
121.128.133.26 gwgt1.joymax.co.kr
64.152.34.142 joymaxnpro.nefficient.com
Save it and reboot.
Then:
XP SP1:
1. Go to Control Panel, then double-click Networking and Internet Connections, then click Network Connections.
2. Right-click on your main Internet connection, and then click Properties.
3. On the Advanced tab, click to clear the "Protect my computer or network check box". Click OK.
XP SP2:
1. Click Start, Run, and type firewall.cpl, and then click OK.
2. On the General tab, click "Off (not recommended)", and then click OK.
Reboot, and see if that helps.
If not, this may be an issue with your ISP. You can call them to see if they can solve the issue, or you can try changing your DNS servers to fix the issue.
To do so, go to opendns.com/start, and click on the links on the right side for more detailed instructions. Remember to reboot after following the instructions.
