Problems with the update

hi i recently downloaded the the installation file from silkroadonline.net, and today i tried to install it, but rite, after i install it, i executed silkroad.exe and the update window appears, and the progress was stuck at 0% for a very long time, and finally, an error message appeared and says my patch was not complete and error code 4. ya, does anybody noes wats that?
