Code error C10?

I want to play SRO with my friends right now but when I try to get in it says "Disconnected from server. (C10)" or something along those lines. What is the problem > also its not the overpopulated server [mercury] it is populated and my friends get in just fine [they're right beside me in the
same room on laptops.] Any help would greatly be appreciated

Edit: My friends said that it takes 1 week to hack a random account for hakcers, I play weeekly only at my friends house? They said they think im hacked?

I think that might be the problem; C10 is usually caused by too many people on the same network, so I've heard. xD
