Runtime Error

Whenever i try logging in my character i get a runtime error, ive reinstalled sro twice, then i tried logging in my friends char, works perfectly, my alt char, works perfectly, my friends alt char, works perfectly. just MY char cant sign on, i type in my username and pass, click enter and then just dc with a runtime error, no image verification. its getting really frustrating.
