Damn Client won't even install!

I downloaded the new Client and I got past the download, clicked the .exe and waited 10 minutes to get past "Please wait" and then I got the Install Window, I put in D:\Silkroad as my Drive to Install it to and press Start. It just Freezes. I've left it for at least 10 minutes like that, and it does nothing.

I'm running Windows 2000 and when I right click on the .exe and try to see the properties there is no option as run as 2K or whatever.
