crackin sound in speakers

well here it goes again. i can run vent fine, but just vent. if i try to run silkroad, or watch a video, or anything that involves more sound then vent. i get some gay crackin noise/ poping noise and all that. but it is not just that. some times it goes into my mic and then people in vent can hear it. i have tried taking out my sound card, and i have tested my headset. on my laptop the headset works fine no mater what i do. but on my desktop. no way.. so any ideas how to fix this? its really pissin me off i want to shoot my computer.
