what is up with siklroad you get in and its too laggy and somtimes you can't get in cause of a (c9) error wats ging on??

Its either your RAM or your Internet connection for the lag.
you might need to purchase some better ram or just use a better pc.
it could also be your internet connection, if its not broadband you will get lots of lag.
and your error.. use the search button - im sure somone else has gone over it...
