Guild emblem

Problem: Cant get guild emblem working.
Size 16x16 File type: bmp File name: Guildmark added to the ´Silkroad´ file.
´File does not follow format´ (When I click the registration item)
What did I do wrong? Please answer as soon as you can!

Make sure it is 24bit
AXII-LVL 89 Spear 5:1 int-OLYMPUS
AXIII-LVL 90 ROGUE-XBOW
