Voila loads of things u might wanna do.... first we are not sure if this hardware or software problem... ok do this,
1. HARDWARE CHECK - When u r computer is on, check if ur router has light, ur ur reciver on ur computer has lights... if YES, check the colour codes and refer to ur manufacturers specificatiosn to verify the colour codes and figure out if there is a problem... generally GREEN or YELLOW (NOTE - coulour codes varies wit manufacturers) means the router and reciever is fine....
2. SOFTWARE CHECK -
2(a), when ur computer is ON, open MY COMPUTER, in the place where it says ADDRESS, type in http://www.google.com and check if it loads.. If it loads, then ur internet is perfect, but ur INTERNET EXPLORER is messed up.
2(b), when ur computer is ON, go to START > CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM > HARDWARE > DEVICE MANAGER. It shows the list of devices in ur computer... now on any devices check to see if there is a YELLOW QUESTION MARK
or YELLOW EXCLAMATION MARK
If yes, then ur drivers are screwed up.. reinstall them....
These are the basic checks that u can do and if your not able to figure out still, leave message with more information.....
Hope this helps.
