Cant Start

SRO refuses to start when i click on the icon, the box appears but the start button doesnt. I have to restart it multiple times for the start button to show. Whats wrong?

I get that every so often but it isn't a big deal. I bet there is a fix but I don't have any problems with restarting the start window a few times.

Same problem here =/ But i get dc'ed with the ??? Error, then my start button doesnt shows up =( Its getting Really annoying... and the worse is tht i dont have premium, so it takes me again some more minutes to be able to play...
