Okay, there are a few reasons to full or overburdened servers...

A.) Silkroad is relatively new (and badass)
B.) This is beta
C.) Lack of more than a handful of servers.

Joymax is working all the time doing maintenance to bring a better gaming experience, so you just have to be patient. There are a lot of people playing this game, and with so many new accounts, characters, etc, it is hard to keep a stable game. Correct me if I am wrong as well, anyone. :D

yes it is ridiculous...

but the most ridiculous thing is that a great part of the players are just AFK in town selling their pretty items or just siting there.

this is just so stupid... because of players that leave their char online AFK, others that really want to play, cant do it because server is full... -_-

There should be a limit of inactivity.

either way, IT'S FREE! if the servers are full, and you just can't take it, go
sign up for some other game that you can pay for. oh, yea, and not only
is it free, but it's also in BETA right now. so what can you really complain
about?

look, i'm not saying that it's an excuse for poor customer service, but
from what I can tell, joymax is giving GOOD service. they've already
announced that they're bringing up another server, they're constantly
monitoring disconnectivity rates(and trying to fix it). compare that to
some other companies. let's take Gravity for instance. both IRO and ROSE
are horribly buggy, and the customer support is ridiculously loose. and
both of those games are pay-to-play.

yea, i know it's aggravating that the servers are full sometimes, but is
there really nothing else in your life that you could be doing besides
whining about it on a forum that can't do anything about it?

everyone says this...
but this isnt totaly true.
since the game is still in developement stage, it's our duty to make critics and complain, so they know what to correct and what to make better.

and one more thing...
if I complain is because i really want to play,
if I really want to play is because i really like the game,
if I really like this game, why should i give up this and play another?

owned :D

my girl 'Meka' is online as a stall, I have things to sell, and they don't sell if im offline or grinding

my main 'Demarthl' is sitting right next to her, as my arrange points oh so slowly tick down, theres no other way to reduce them, thats why im afk logged in, even though im not afk :D

you would actually have a valid point, IF the complaining was being done to
joymax. do you really think they read this forum? as a beta tester, your
obligation is to give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism to the COMPANY. so give up
that argument, it doesn't fly.
