Asking for some help please

Hello there, since I can't seem to find any topics on this on any sites, I was wondering if anyone here would be helpfull enough to help me with this. The problem is I can't get this game to work, my P.C. meets the needs, it's all patched and that, the game updates. But for some reason after GameGuard has finished, and the game should load, it doesn't, it just says that sro_client.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have vista but have done everything that should let the game work. I.e I put on the xp compatability, and I've set to run as administrator...But zlich with the luck. And if that's not bad enough I can't even ask for the help on their main forum, as I haven't made my character yet...So really any thing will be helpfull and welcome. Thank you

Have you tried this page?

I think problem two? If that doesn't work I'm sure someone'll think of something but screen shots help.

Thanks a lot, thought it wasn't either of them, I had my locale changed to Japanese recently and I guess that's what was doing it. ^_^ Thanks for the help though
