no start button

I want to ask, when i double-click on SRO icon, the table appears, but without start button, what a problem could be? p.s my internet connection is fine

my friend told me same thing a couple days ago he said
he just tries again and it works.
Now it starts happening to me too.
just try and try it will work eventually.
