Installation Problem?

I just installed silkroad and for some reason instead of actually words all i c is squares the only thing in english is the chat in the game everything else i cant read what do i do

reinstall
happened to my budd
y once ...a clean reinstall fixed it

the MOST IMPORTANT thing is to not overwrite it...but to put it in a completely different directory

So this is after you run the game?

check your graphic settings in the games options menu and then twik them
about ok
