I can't choose my job for the first time

Hi all.

I'm level 24 and so i've decided to take a job but when i try to get one from one of the npc everyone tell me :

""Cannot join a job league within 7 days after leaving a league.""

I don't know why they tell me that because it's the first time i ask for a job .... i never took a job when i was level 20 i've prefered to wait lvl 24 / 25

So please if you can help me :'c
