installation error

whenevr i try to install the silkroad online client it always says

"Client file is damaged Please reinstall the client"

i downloaded it from both fileshack and filefront.

is there any help for me?

Files are corrupted, you have to re-download again. :S Just download from official website and you should have no problem.

it says this (the Utorrent thingy)

"The procedure entry point RestoreLastError could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Could the problem be that im running win 2k?

it shows all text (except numbers) to be as boxes []

nothing wrong with the file, i had the same problem. downloaded from many different sources. i have 2 accounts on my comp, both are admin. i tried installing the supposedly damaged file on the other account and it worked fine. i can play from both accounts. if this doesn't work reformat your computer. if that still doesn't help donate your computer to sum poor ***** in Africa and go out and buy a new one
