Restarting SilkRoad won't do anything

Silkroad now supports three languages. Turkish, German and English.
If you do not have the necessary language pack installed you will receive this BOX ERROR.

Resolution -

Exit the game

Load the client

Select OPTIONS not Start

Scroll down and choose ENGLISH for language.

Notes - If it is already set to English, toggle it to another language. Confirm, and toggle it back to English and confirm. Load the game and test.
