Would a direct folder copy makes sro works on other pc?

Would a direct folder copy makes sro works on other pc?

So I have SRO installed on computer A. Now I don't have SRO on computer B. Can I copy the entire SRO folder on comp A, and paste it onto computer B? Would SRO works on computer B then?
