Silkroad login error

Everytime i want to connect to some server i get this error: Failed to connect to server.(C8)

What is this?????????

The reason ive found is that the server you are trying to log onto is full or to busy at this current time does it say if it is crowded or somthing else.

Nope. It only write this error

unsure then i used to get it when i had the game on my computer so i thought that is what it ment. I got a problem of my own cant get it to install.
