Return Scrolls not working?

Every time I try to use any type of ports it says.

"The requsted order can not be carried out"

Thanks to anyone who can help.

LOL um... by chance, are you doing one of those "deliver this random thing to one of the other NPC's" quests? That's probably the issue. [You cant usually use return scrolls or teleport during those kinds of quests]

Just talking to my roomate she is at home and im at work. She says she got those all done. But she can't even use the boats, reverse scrolls, and city ports. LOL think she is trapped.

Boats? I dont think those are disabled during any quests O_o

Idk, it is worth a check in the quest list, there might be one hiding there :roll:

If not, I have no idea a solution [thought it might be something simple, anything more in-depth, I have absolutely NO idea :oops:

I had the same problem. Evn after reboot, same problem.

All i did, reinstall the client and everything works fine

if you have a "deliver a letter" quest going then they don't work

yeah, that happened to me too, i just abondoned the quests that didnt require grinding.
