Disconnect when I load my chinese character

As the title states. I have no trouble logging into my European character on the same account.

Strange and weird

Never heard this b4, try reinstalling the client again and check.

Alright, I don't know how to fix this. I gave a friend my account information and the same thing happens to him.

It's very likely the problem is because I'm on top of a mountain that I climbed randomly (it's near the eastern ferry), but I still don't know how to fix that.
