Installer Problem

Yo! some 1 help me i ran out of ideas i`ve done everything on trying to fix this problem but it wont!!.
When i double click the client installer i get the famous "Please wait" lil box and i wait... after my waiting i get the damn message "Temp Folder Error"...I`ve deleted all SRO registrys and nothing still wont work! :O

HEEEELP i have premium on and clock its ticking!!!!
