Can't use Quickbar or Spells Please help

Ever since the Euro expansion, I am unable to equip my spell to the quickbar. I can't even use the spells if I click on them in the skills. Is there any way to fix this?

it's probably an passive skill.
You can drop only ACTIVE skills on the bar.

Ok lets c, if ur a bard, there is a skill that can b used only if have another bard, who casts the same skill.
or
its a passive skill.

Thanks for the help! My character is a warlock. I'm really new at this so I really do appreciate the help. Lol, I have played NeverWinter Nights for years and SilkRoad is a really big change for me. I love it!
