Many problems im having in the game, and i re installed it

ok first problem i have it, sometimes in euro i have this big blue block/line over my screen but no text in it, second and most annoying problem is thta i dont see anyones faces on those displays, i dont EVEN see my face, so how do i fix this, because i used to not have these problems with china??

Well, now when u log in with Chinese Character, do u c the problem still
