I have the strangest problem with euro SRO

Hey all new on here, My prob with the new SRO is that I installed it but when I click start on the splash screen the anti hacker and sro pic load up but once all that goes away and finish I get left on the desktop and the game fails to start,Havent servers opend or somthing.

anyone know wat the problem is?
