SRO is messed up -.-

Okay, so i had sro installed this morning and then I go to switch chars and it crashes, then it doesnt let me on

So I deleted everything sro related, tried reinstalling it 6 times

everytime i i do it says "Silkroad.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close"

and for some reason when i go to the main site it doesnt load at all :/

any help would be appreciated
