Need some help with server's adress

Hi.

From a couple of days, i'm unable to connect to SRO.

I'm connected to inet trougth a small wireless isp. Saddly it's the only one here where i live, so changin isp isn't an feasible option. (the others non-wireless isp's are out of my pocket range)

The thing is: because a acumulation of little erros in the isp admin, a lot of users begun to abuse the bandwit and services, and because of this, the quality of service drop in such way, that the service become allmost unusable for all users. All this lead to a mess, and ultimately to the ownership change.

The first new owner's action was to block all ports in the firewall (only exeptions was http and mail ports) for all users, and request to us (users) to give them a detail of all services (adress:port) we need or want him to open.

Until now i'm manage to get this:
