No Start Button when i open silkroad

No Start Button when i open silkroad

When i click the silkroad launcher Icon it opens the Launch / home window for silkroad the keys Option Guide movie and Exit pop up ... there is no start button the the very right it is just empty space there. I have the full working version 1.100 on my computer it says it at the top right of the window ... no files are missing or even moved my firewall allows Silkroad i have even shut my firewall off in attempt to not block the Silkroad installer... what is the matter can someone help me please ? :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
