SILK error need help

well, i have ubuntu and i am trying to play SRO but i have had some problems, after i resolved that ones, i was too close to play but i had a new error and i have no idea how to fix it

the error says: Failed to initilize NetEngine[error code(10,11001)]
when i click accept i got the SRO loader v 1.100 and it stuck there
