Game wouldnt finishing load to fullscreen after start button

I have Nvivda 8600, Windows Xp, downloaded Direct X 9c and SDK, and updated driver and still can seem to pass the part were the icon suppose to disappear to a become a login fullscreen.... Plz help,... it A LAPTOP and its

Couple of questions,
1. Did u try reinstalling the game?
2. Is ur internet connection stable, when i mean stable, i mean ru always connected and ur connection dosent drop?
3. Where u able to play the game earlier or is it the first time ur playin on tis comp?

1. yes i tried reinstalling and installing

what should i do?? can you type down the steps from start to FIXED?

Do u c the game guard loading?
Do u have any firewall??

Well this issue seems to be strange... i play on XP and it works fine.

Exactly where is it freezing? Is it where you should be able to see your characters?

Seems to me it doesn't load after the lil sro_client pop-up (you know the one with silkroad on it, and the art like pic in the mid of your screen.) not sure what he means though..
