Update problem (realy slow)

The game updates realy slow it's runing for about 12 hours sens last night and it's only on 3% can some one plz tell me what coud be the problem?

It's most likely your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Are you using Netvision or WOW? Those two normally have problems with SRO.
It could also be that you have arouter and/or firewall and didn't forward the ports as required by the game. Tell me what router you have (if you have one) and I'll guide you through the process. As for firewalls, simply disable those when you're running the game.

I have the 3com cable/dsl rourer with ports 15779,15881,15883 opend and i don't use a fire wall.
