Silk Road Online: Application Error.PLS HELP

When I installed game, and patch. I started game and got this error window message :
Silk Road Online Launcher: Application Error
The Instruction at "0x00441f2c" referenced memory at "0x0000000c".The memory could not be "read"
Click OK to terminate the program.

So I cant start the game, pls help :cry:

Don't post the same things in different threads and leave them there.
Try re-installing.

Why nobody help

. My System is: amd mobile sempron 3000+,512ddrm,80gb hdd,win xp sp2,vga 64mb. I'm sure directx and vga compatible,and no virus.so,wats the problem pls?I hardly wanna play this game :!:

did u install and play the game with a Administrator account or a user with administrative privilages ?

I installed with Admin acc.Full control.I'm sure.SRO is allowed with my firewall.But still get that error

When i install the game , it succeed and when i launch the patch it updated to 99% and suddenly they say the patch is not finish and i click again the sro.exe they came out a BSLib Debug Module. I have reinstalled.
