Can't Install SRO

I really do wish to play SilkRoad, but within all three clients I've tried installing, it always comes up with an install error (That the client is corrupt and cannot be unzipped), and of course you can't send them a email about it because I can't even make a character ingame so I can't send the company an email via customer support. So if anyone can give me a solution to this, I will be very greatful.

Well, I was having the same problem, but instead of instal the program in the C:/, I did it in D:/ and that didn't cause any problem.

Thanks for the tip, I'll be sure to keep that in mind if I should ever have to do it again. Though somehow I just got it to install o.O
