Update/Patching error "replacer.exe"

Everytime I update/patch the game it gets ALL the way to 99%. Once it hits 99% it stops and says an error with the replacer.exe

Is there anyway to fix this?

I have tried
1) Redownloading/Reinstalling.
2) Using my friends replacer.exe AFTER patching.

PLEASE HELP ME!!

Hey, Me Too! It's really starting to piss me off because I wanna play so bad. I even tried installing it on another pc and that even didn't work. I am beginning to get worried that if my character stays inactive for to long that it will be deleted off the server. I have played some long, hard hours to get to where I am and I'll be damned if this little error gets my character deleted.
