When i hit forget password and enter my e-mail and ID, it just goes to a blank page, any help with this please? :banghead:

you need to use your internet explorer. mozilla or any type of different browser wont work.

Yeah random96 is right - you must use Internet Explorer - when you use FireFox u get what you said happened :(

So next time - USE INTERNET EXPLORER :wink:
