Why do i keep getting ip banned

Hi
When i try to log in to site it says im banned plz contact webmaster or admin.. sometimes i can log in no trouble like now but then i cant then i can

any help to resolve this would be great as i think this site is the best :-))
I never had this problem till say a week ago then it hit and miss as to if i can log into silkroadforums
