Huge problem with the ????? error , i need help plzz

Hi,
I get the ??? error everytime i play like 10 minutes.
I changed the compability, updated my grapic card, set my sound off, all graphic options to low, reinstalled silkroad, reinstalled windows.
But no changes , i keep getting the error !! :banghead:

can someone plzz tell me what to do next? thx

hey do you know how to check what kind of card you have
i remeber somone told me how he told me to go to run and type in somthing but i forgot what word was to check my graphic card
