I know what I got on 4/20 and it wasn't low! Okay, couldn't resist, I'm sorry!
If you're willing to spend a few minutes, create a new account in XP and log in using that account. The first time you log in, your processes and stuff should be reset and you should basically start with a blank slate. Then, try to start SRO. It worked for me before I reformatted.
